Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During this time, your order is verified, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before dispatch.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at support@instantliftplus.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Shipping Time
USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
UK & Europe: 5–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
Other countries: 7–12 business days (depending on location)

Insured Shipping
All shipments are insured.
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, provided you supply sufficient proof (e.g., photos, official tracking showing non-delivery).
Priority Insured Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
Your order is placed at the top of our fulfillment queue each day.
Delivery speed may remain similar to standard shipping (5–8 business days) depending on courier conditions, but your order receives priority handling and is fully insured.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 2–3 days after dispatch.
It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may ship separately if they come from different warehouse locations. This will not affect your shipping costs.
