Returns & Refunds Policy (US)

We stand behind our products with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
This means you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used personal care/beauty products cannot be returned, unless they arrived defective or damaged.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@instantliftplus.com.
Please note: returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label (if applicable) and full instructions on how to send your package.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare/beauty products (unless defective/damaged).

  • Final-sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
For defective or wrong items, contact us first—we may replace without requiring a return.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For orders with FREE shipping, no deduction is applied unless you are returning multiple items out of a larger order (in which case we may deduct our outbound shipping cost).

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is our fault (defective, damaged, or wrong item): we cover return shipping (or replace without requiring a return).

  • If the customer changes their mind (buyer’s remorse, ordered the wrong product, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
